We deliver and pick up across the Greater Cincinnati area — including northern Kentucky and parts of southeast Indiana. Outside that radius? Send us a note and we'll see what we can do.

How long is the standard rental?

Every package includes a 2-week rental. Need more time? You can extend in 1-week increments at checkout or from your account.

What's included in a package?

Each package includes the listed number of reusable totes with lids, a heavy-duty dolly, color-coded room labels, and full doorstep delivery and pickup.

Do I need to clean the totes?

Nope. Just empty them and stack them by the door. We sanitize every tote between rentals.

What if a tote gets damaged?

Accepted Answer

Normal wear and tear is on us. We only charge for totes that are lost or significantly damaged — and we'll always reach out before any charge.

How do I know how many totes I need?

Our packages are sized by home — Studio, 1-Bedroom, all the way up to 5-Bedroom. Not sure? Pick a size up; you can always return early.

Can I pick the time of day for delivery?

Yes — at checkout you'll choose a 2-hour delivery window. Same goes for pickup.

Is there a deposit?

No deposit. You pay the package price up front and that's it, unless totes go missing.
